Certification
The organic certification your market requires, for example JAS, USDA or EU organic. If you are not sure, tell us the destination country.
Use and grade
Ceremonial, cafe and latte, or food ingredient.
Volume and how often
Roughly how much you need per order and how often you would order.
Packing and label
Bulk or retail packs, and whether you want the organic mark on your own label.
Destination
The country you import into.

What we check with producers

We ask in Japanese and report back in English, saying clearly what we confirmed and what we could not.

  • Which organic certificates the producer holds, and for which products
  • Whether they can send copies of the certificates and the documents your importer asks for
  • Price range, minimum order and samples
  • Lead time and how they usually ship, for example EXW or FOB

How it works

After the introduction, you and the producer trade directly: terms, payment and shipping.

  1. You tell us what you need

    The matcha grade or use, volume, destination country and any certifications. A short message is enough.

  2. We check with matcha producers in Japanese

    Whether they export, price range, minimum order, samples and lead time. We report back in English and say clearly what we confirmed and what we could not.

  3. We introduce you

    You discuss terms and order directly with the producer. If something later needs to be said in Japanese, we can still help.

Questions buyers ask

Which organic certificates do matcha producers in Japan hold?
It differs by producer and by product. We ask each producer which certificates they hold for the matcha you need, and whether they can send copies.
Is organic matcha available for lattes as well as ceremonial use?
It depends on the producer. Tell us the use, and we check which grades each producer offers as organic.
Can you check the documents I need for import?
We ask the producer which documents they can provide for your destination. Import rules are the importer's responsibility, so please confirm them on your side as well.
Do I pay anything?
No. Producers pay a referral fee when an introduction leads to business. There is no charge for your request.
